At Vatsalyam, the library isn’t just a room with books — it’s a doorway into stories, histories, and philosophies collected over decades.
The collection spans a wide range of subjects — from India’s British colonial past and the Partition to religion, philosophy, and world literature. Many of these rare books were collected over sixty years by Surinder (Sr. Sharda), a true bibliophile whose passion for knowledge shaped this treasure. Some volumes have even been gifted by visiting guests, adding to the library’s warmth and character.
